The PennDel 50+ Housing Council’s mission is to provide
members with
relevant and contemporary services, programs and
information that are
effectively and efficiently delivered on a collective
basis. This includes
educational programs, industry research, networking,
publications and
articles, awards and recognition programs, and
regulatory and legislative
support. The intent of this support is to enhance
the capabilities of
members about design, development, financing, ownership,
management, and
sales and marketing of housing activities and projects,
as well as to
encourage high quality and professionally managed
housing specifically
designed for boomers and beyond which will meet
the evolving needs of the
region’s growing 50+ population.

The NEW Tri-State Multifamily Housing Council serves the
home builders association members in Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware,
Lancaster and Montgomery counties, the Lehigh Valley, South Jersey and the
state of Delaware. The council represents the specific interests of
builders, developers, owners, and managers of all sizes and types of
condominiums, rental housing and mixed-use developments.
The Multifamily Housing Council serves the diverse needs of NAHB members
involved in all aspects of multifamily housing, including design,
development, finance, ownership, management, and sales and marketing.
"Our mission is to support our members through education and information on
the issues that face the multi-family development industry."
Membership in our local chapter of the Multifamily Housing Council is $95,
which includes membership at the local and national level, eligibility for
all educational seminar discounts associated with your Multifamily Housing
Council, membership, national and local award eligibility.
